At KrohnePro, we stand behind the quality of our precision measurement instruments. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and requesting refunds.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation are included
  • The product has not been installed, modified, or damaged
  • You have the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-configured or specially ordered products
  • Products that have been installed or put into service
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Consumable items or calibration services
  • Software licenses or digital products

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.

Package the Product

Securely package the product in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Product

Ship the product to the address provided in your RMA authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Important: Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the product cost minus any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that meet the following criteria:

  • The product packaging has been opened
  • The return is not due to a defect or our error
  • The product is a special order item

No restocking fee will be charged if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if we shipped the wrong item.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A detailed description of the defect or damage

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. For defective products, we may also offer repair services under warranty terms.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for products of equal or greater value. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us to initiate the exchange process
  2. Return the original product following our return process
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will ship the replacement

If the replacement product has a higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it has a lower value, we will issue a partial refund.

Warranty Information

All KrohnePro products come with a manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product:

  • Flowmeters: 2-year limited warranty
  • Level Transmitters: 2-year limited warranty
  • Pressure Transmitters: 2-year limited warranty
  • Accessories: 1-year limited warranty

Warranty claims are separate from returns and refunds. For warranty service, please contact our technical support team.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refund Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchange Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product if the exchange is due to a defect or our error.

International Returns

For international orders, the return process is similar, but additional considerations apply:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase
  • Processing time may be longer due to international shipping and customs clearance
